INSPIRE: Journal of Innovation in Social Learning is primarily supported by Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors of accepted manuscripts. The revenue generated from APCs is used to support the operational costs of journal publishing, including editorial processing, peer-review management, copyediting, layout preparation, website maintenance, and online publication.
INSPIRE is committed to maintaining editorial independence, academic integrity, and transparency. Payment of an APC does not influence editorial decisions or the outcome of the peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated and accepted solely on the basis of their scholarly merit, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and peer-review results.
The editorial team maintains full independence in making decisions regarding manuscript evaluation, revision, acceptance, or rejection, regardless of the author's ability or willingness to pay the applicable APC.
