About the Journal

Journal of Earth, Environment, and Sustainability Education (JEESE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to advancing research and scholarly dialogue in Earth and Space Science Education, Environmental Education, and Sustainability Education. The journal publishes high-quality empirical, theoretical, conceptual, and review-based studies that strengthen understanding of Earth systems, environmental change, sustainability challenges, and responsible human-environment relationships across diverse educational contexts.

JEESE welcomes original research articles, review papers, and conceptual studies on topics including Earth and Space Science Education, Environmental and Sustainability Education, Climate Change and Disaster Education, Ecological and Sustainability Literacy, Contextual and Community-Connected Learning, Pedagogy and Assessment in Earth-Environmental Learning, Values and Ethics in Environmental Education, and Teacher Education and Professional Development.
