Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in the Equator Science Journal (ESJ) are fully open access and made freely available online to readers worldwide immediately upon publication. ESJ is committed to promoting the wide dissemination of high-quality research in the fields of educational research and digital learning.

Submission and Review Policy
ESJ does not charge any submission fees or fees during the peer-review process. The Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after a manuscript has been formally accepted by the editorial team.

Article Processing Charge (APC)
The APC for accepted manuscripts is as follows:

• IDR 750,000
• USD 50 for authors outside Indonesia

Payment details will be provided to the corresponding author upon editorial acceptance. The publication process will proceed only after full payment has been received.

Fast-Track Review Service (Optional)
For authors who require timely publication, ESJ offers an optional Fast-Track Review Service to accelerate the peer-review process while maintaining rigorous academic standards.

• Estimated fast-track peer-review duration: approximately 2 weeks
• Available only for manuscripts that have passed the initial screening by the Editor-in-Chief
• Fast-Track Service Fee:
  • IDR 250,000
  • USD 15

Please note that this service does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts remain subject to independent peer review and editorial evaluation.

Payment Policy

• Payment must be completed within 14 days of receiving the editorial acceptance notification.
• Articles cannot be published until full payment has been received.
• Authors are strongly advised to ensure the availability of funding before submission.
• All payments are non-refundable.
